About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Plan and deliver video lessons for foundation-level topics using slides, diagrams, animations, and real-life examples.
Curriculum Alignment: Ensure lessons follow the syllabus and include exam tips to build student confidence.
Engagement & Interaction: Encourage student participation through comments, discussions, and doubt-solving.
Assessment & Feedback: Design quizzes, practice questions, and assignments to check understanding and provide helpful feedback.
Research & Innovation: Stay updated on syllabus changes and experiment with new teaching methods to make learning exciting.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in the relevant subject area (Masters preferred).
1–2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply).
Comfortable teaching on camera and explaining concepts clearly.
Basic knowledge of creating slides.
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Speaking Kannada
