You will be responsible for driving organic growth for YouTube channels and Instagram pages as a Social Media SEO Specialist. Your role will involve implementing SEO strategies tailored for social media platforms, cracking algorithms, and increasing visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities include optimizing YouTube videos through keyword research, video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. You will also develop SEO-friendly video scripts, strategies for improving watch time and audience retention, and analyze YouTube Analytics for performance adjustments. For Instagram, you will optimize captions, hashtags, and profile bio for better visibility, improve discoverability through keyword searches, and track engagement metrics like reach, saves, and shares. Collaboration with content creators to implement SEO best practices, staying updated with algorithm changes, and creating detailed SEO reports for growth are also part of your responsibilities. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience in YouTube and Instagram SEO, a proven track record in improving search rankings, expertise in YouTube Analytics and keyword research tools, and a strong understanding of Instagram's search functionality and algorithm. Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary. Preferred skills include experience with cricket or sports-related content, understanding of audience behavior on various content forms, familiarity with competitive analysis and growth hacking techniques.
