Yoga Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Yoga Instructor to join the Vitalis team. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in teaching yoga practices but will also bring an understanding of holistic wellness, body alignment, and safe training principles. Candidates with additional knowledge in strength and conditioning will be preferred.

Educational Background:

• MA/MSc in Yoga, OR BA/Bsc in Yoga OR Recognized Yoga Teacher Certifications from reputed institutes.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in yoga instruction.
• Prior experience in strength and conditioning will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group yoga sessions tailored to varying fitness levels and health needs.
• Guide clients in postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation practices.
• Incorporate strength, mobility, and conditioning principles when relevant.
• Develop safe and progressive training programs that align with client goals.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adapt practices as needed.
• Ensure a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment during sessions.
• Stay updated with modern approaches in yoga, wellness, and fitness science.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
