Job Title : Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Location : MBA Reports To : Managing Director Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role is ideal for a professional with an MBA in Finance who brings not only strong administrative skills but also the ability to analyze financial data, contribute to business planning, and assist in decision-making processes. The EA will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of the MD’s office and alignment with strategic financial goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the MD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and board-level meetings. Assist in analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial models in coordination with the Finance team. Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the MD. Prepare briefing materials, business summaries, and project tracking reports. Review financial documents, proposals, and MIS reports before submission to the MD. Support the MD in decision-making by providing research and data-driven insights. Qualifications MBA in Finance from a recognized university/institution. 0–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior management or in a financial analyst/strategic role. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and business performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with financial software/tools is a plus. High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Preferred Attributes Previous experience in a corporate finance, consulting, or strategic planning environment. Job Title: Sr. Executive - Human Resources Location : Jajpur, Plant site Department : Human Resources Reports To : HR Manager Job Summary: The Sr. Executive - HR will be responsible for executing and overseeing a wide range of HR functions at the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, time office, performance management, and IR (Industrial Relations) support. The role acts as a key link between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions. Liaise with manpower agencies and vendors to fulfill labor requirements. Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners. 2. Employee Engagement & Welfare Drive engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and communication at the shop floor level. Address employee grievances and escalate as needed. Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive work culture. 3. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESI, PF, Bonus Act, Factory Act, etc.). Maintain statutory records and support audits by authorities. Liaise with local labor officers and legal consultants when required. 4. Time Office & Attendance Management Oversee attendance, leave, and shift management through HRMS or manual systems. Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team. Monitor contract labor deployment and records. 5.
