Job Details:

Position: XML Project Head
Experience: 1 to 10 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: Based on profile and experience
Open to: Both male and female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end XML projects, including planning, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and project delivery.
• Ensure project profitability by optimizing resources and processes to generate revenue.
• Oversee Full Book XML Conversion processes, including Bits, Jatz, Nimas, and MathML.
• Manage Typesetting, Copy Editing, and InDesign workflows to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Develop and manage macros, scripts, and interactive solutions to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest XML tools, trends, and industry best practices.

Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Full Book XML Conversion, including Bits, Journals, Epsilon, Books, and MathML.
• Strong expertise in Xml, Typesetting, Copy Editing, and InDesign tools.
• Proficiency in writing macros and scripts to enhance project efficiency.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
