Lead Graphic Designer - Motion Graphics
As a Graphic Designer specializing in Digital Media, Motion Graphics, and UI/UX Design, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content including GIFs, videos, infographics, email templates, and sales & marketing collaterals. Collaborating with product management, Sales, and Marketing Team, you will define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. From conceptualization to final hand-off to developers, you will execute all visual design stages ensuring simplicity and user friendliness in design roadblocks. Your role will involve creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively present and defend designs to stakeholders. Design decisions should be guided by the overall design roadmap and fundamental principles such as color theory and visual weight. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective design, development, validation, and support activities aligned with client and architectural requirements. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in web/graphic design and UI/UX design. Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, HTML5, and CSS is essential. Experience in user-centered design, user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and responsive design is crucial. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are required to work effectively with teams at all levels.
