Technical Product Owner - Roadmap & Strategy

You will be responsible for managing the software Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. This includes translating software product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, participating in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, writing requirements typically as user stories and mockups, ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule, assessing and addressing technical risks, and defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Additionally, you will be involved in the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, analyzing potential partner relationships for the product, and collaborating with the tech team to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs. You will also act as a liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support customer demand as part of new product development.
