Role Overview: You will play a fundamental role in supporting and advancing the usage of the Sales Compensation solution within the organization. This will involve configuring and supporting Xactly Incent, Connect, and Extend platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and maintain the Xactly Incent, Connect, and Extend platform to align with the organization's evolving needs. This includes setting up new plans, credit rules, formulas, connect pipelines, and workflows. - Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards. - Coordinate with the Xactly support team to implement and deploy changes from one environment to another. - Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure seamless integration between Xactly Connect and other systems, such as Salesforce. - Create documentation and resources to help users understand and effectively utilize the system. - Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and implement customizations or enhancements within Xactly Connect to fulfill those needs. - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on Xactly applications. - Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for Xactly users.
