NAME OF POSTS : WTP Operator ( Nandigram & Paskura local Resident only) Vacancy: 5 to 6 Job role: Operate and monitor water treatment systems (pumps, valves, filters, tanks, etc.) Perform chemical dosing (e.g., chlorine, alum) and adjust levels as needed Maintain records of water quality tests, flow rates, and system performance Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning Detect and troubleshoot faults in equipment or processes Follow safety procedures and maintain hygiene and environmental standards Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for repairs or maintenance Maintain daily logbooks and generate shift reports Ensure compliance with local pollution control board and safety regulations E.Q & SKILLS : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in operating a WTP or ETP Basic understanding of water chemistry and treatment processes Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations Willingness to work in shifts and remote plant locations (if required)(Nandigram & Paskura Resident only) Physically fit and alert Troubleshooting : Inspecting equipment, diagnosing problems, and making recommendations for repairs. Experience :Minimum 1 year of experience in operating a WTP or ETP GENDER : Male only (FEMALES PLEASE EXCUSE US) JOB LOCATION: Sonarpur, Kolkata 700150.
