WTP Chemist

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 3 to 10 years of experience to manage and expand business relationships with existing Tier-1 automotive parts manufacturers, while also developing new customers and local supplier networks in India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, or Hindi.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Japanese Tier-1 automotive customers such as AISIN, DENSO, and Toyota Group companies.
• Understand customer needs related to tools and equipment used for manufacturing automotive components and provide suitable product proposals in coordination with Japanese suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Handle quotation, order confirmation, and delivery follow-up until installation and payment completion.
• Identify and approach new potential customers within the automotive, component, and industrial equipment sectors.
• Promote global sourcing capability and solution-based proposal style to acquire new accounts.
• Develop and evaluate local Indian machinery and equipment suppliers that can meet Japanese clients' quality and delivery standards.
• Conduct negotiation and contract coordination with local vendors in collaboration with the Japanese HQ procurement team.
• Contribute to expanding the company's product lineup by introducing new local suppliers and technologies.
• Manage after-sales service support by coordinating with suppliers, service engineers, and customers, and handle inquiries related to installation, maintenance, or technical issues post-delivery.
• Maintain long-term trust with customers by providing timely and reliable follow-up.
