Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a WS02 Integrations Senior Lead/Architect with expertise in analyzing, designing, and reviewing architectures for end-to-end integration solutions in the Banking domain. Your primary responsibility will be implementing complex enterprise integration solutions using the WSO2 platform, API, and Enterprise Integrator. You will also review code, ensure best practices are followed, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and guide the team on technical challenges and skill development. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the architecture aligns with long-term business and technical goals, implementing coding practices, and optimizing application performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Implement complex enterprise integration solutions using the WSO2 platform, API, and Enterprise Integrator. - Review code and technical designs to ensure best practices are followed. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Guide the team on technical challenges and skill development. - Ensure the architecture aligns with long-term business and technical goals. - Implement best coding practices, optimal design patterns, and development methodologies. - Ensure continuous integration, development efficiency, and deployment (CI/CD) practices are in place. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Evaluate and recommend WS02 Integrations tool frameworks, libraries, and utility services. Qualifications Required: - Experienced in WS02 Integrations analysis, design, and architecture review. - Prior experience in testing end-to-end integration solutions for the Banking domain. - Strong knowledge of WS02 Integrations platform, API, and Enterprise Integrator. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Experience in guiding teams on technical challenges and skill development. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices. - Proficiency in optimizing application performance and scalability.
