As a Writing Mentor at DoubleSpace Learning (DSL), you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one coaching to students, guiding them through creative writing processes, and offering support in research and writing developments. Your responsibilities will include giving feedback, developing personalized writing plans, and creating a supportive learning environment for students. To excel in this part-time, on-site position, you should possess experience in coaching, strong skills in writing and creative writing, proficiency in research, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently is essential to thrive in this role. A Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Literature, or a related field is required, while prior experience in education or mentoring would be advantageous.
