Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Communications at WWF-India, you will play a crucial role in the Marketing and Communications team. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling content that connects with the audience. This will involve writing and editing stories for print collaterals like newsletters and annual reports, as well as developing content for digital communication channels such as websites, social media, emailers, and fundraising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth scientific research on conservation topics - Interpret internal field reports and translate complex information into easily understandable content for external stakeholders - Travel to WWF-India's field offices for on-field interviews and creation of audio-visual content - Collaborate with various teams to produce strategic and compelling narratives - Craft editorial calendars, repurpose stories across platforms, and invite guest contributors to the website Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, or Communications - Minimum 4 years of experience in writing and content creation across print and digital mediums - Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, and social media - Working knowledge of AV equipment and design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Communications at WWF-India, you will play a crucial role in the Marketing and Communications team.
