As a Quality Automation Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in undertaking and enabling automated testing activities across all delivery models. Your responsibilities will include supporting teams in developing quality solutions, ensuring continuous integration, and assuring defect-free deployment of customer value. In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of testing by implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. Your focus will be on embedding repeatable, constant, and consistent quality throughout all phases of the idea to value lifecycle, thereby reducing costs or time to market. Working with colleagues at different levels and across various teams, you will integrate quality as a fundamental component of all activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design of automation test strategies aligned with business or program goals - Implement predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions - Collaborate to refine the scope of manual and automated testing required, create automated test scripts, user documentation, and artifacts - Design and develop a suite of stable, reusable automated tests that are low maintenance and usable across domains and systems - Apply testing and delivery standards by understanding the product development lifecycle and compliance requirements Qualifications Required: - Experience in automated testing, particularly in Agile development or CI/CD environments - Innovative thinking skills to identify opportunities and design solutions, along with the ability to develop complex automation code - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams - Experience in end-to-end and automation testing using recommended tools - Background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks - Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to management colleagues - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Join us in this exciting opportunity to shape the future of quality automation testing and make a significant impact on our organization's testing processes.,
