Details:

This position is for UEM/MDM technology. The individual should have 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management technology with strong technical background and be very keen in troubleshooting issues. Normal operations require managing critical issues, regularly communicating with customers, training on MDM product features. Ability to reproduce customer environments in order to find root cause of issues will be a key responsibility.

  • Should have hands-on experience on Worksapce ONE platform.
  • Help in enrollment and provisioning of various devices like iOS, Android, Windows.
  • Test and push applications to mobile devices , this includes reviewing iPA and APK files.
  • Assign Restriction policies to Mobile devices.
  • Assign Compliance policies to Mobile devices.
  • Design and Implement Mobility solutions for fleet of devices of different customers.
  • Push scripts using product provisioning procedure in Workspace ONE.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers- relating to enrollment, application install and device communication
  • Collect X-code and ADB logs to investigate application failures or profiles issues.
  • Troubleshoot various mobile platform issues iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows.
  • Create customized reports as per requirements of customers.
  • Replicate issues reported by customers and escalate to VMware if there is a product limitation or Bug.
  • Work on AFW and DEP integration procedures and renewal of tokens/certificates.
  • Work on Volume Purchase Program request for bulk applications.
  • Supervise devices using Apple Configurator and DEP.
  • Work on additional tasks as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled Workspace One Admin/Airwatch Admin to join our team and take ownership of the management and administration of Workspace One environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, particularly in managing and configuring Workspace One to meet the organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Workspace One environment, including user access, device management, and application deployment.
  • Configure and customize Workspace One to optimize performance and meet the organization's requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workspace One, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions
  • Proven experience as a Workspace One Admin or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workspace One architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Workspace One certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workspace ONE Management

    : Administer and maintain the Workspace ONE platform to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Device Enrollment & Configuration

    : Manage the enrollment of mobile devices, desktops, and other endpoints. Ensure proper configuration, security policies, and compliance for all devices.
  • Security & Compliance

    : Implement and enforce security policies for mobile and desktop devices, including data encryption, remote wipe, and other protection measures. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshooting

    : Provide support for device management-related issues, including troubleshooting connectivity, security, and performance issues.
  • Updates & Patching

    : Keep the Workspace ONE platform up to date with the latest features, security patches, and version updates.
  • User Support & Training

    : Provide guidance and training to end-users on using the Workspace ONE platform and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Monitoring & Reporting

    : Monitor device usage, compliance, and performance metrics. Generate reports for senior management on system health and security compliance.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with other IT teams, including network administrators and security teams, to ensure a seamless and secure end-user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with

    Omnissa Workspace ONE

    administration or similar enterprise mobility management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of

    Mobile Device Management (MDM)

    ,

    Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)

    , and

    Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    iOS, Android

    , and

    Windows devices

    (knowledge of Mac OS is a plus).
  • Familiarity with

    Active Directory

    , and integration with third-party applications.
  • Experience with

    VMware Horizon

    or other virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) technologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts related to mobile and desktop devices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex device and user issues.
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
