As a Workshop Incharge in Sangli, you will hold a full-time hybrid role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop. Your responsibilities will include managing production and maintenance work, supervising workshop staff, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with other departments. While some flexibility for remote work is allowed, the majority of tasks will necessitate on-site presence. To excel in this role, you should bring a total of 10 years of experience in managing workshop operations and production processes. Proficiency in maintenance work and safety standards is crucial, along with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential for seamless collaboration across various departments. Your problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail will be valuable assets in this position.
