As a Workforce Planning Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for aligning the current workforce mix and strategy with the future vision of the organization through various activities, including: - Conducting end-to-end workforce planning exercises to ensure alignment with future goals. - Creating bespoke competency frameworks for clients to assess their workforce skills. - Designing development plans to bridge identified skill gaps. - Developing up-skill/re-skill journeys for the current workforce. - Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications. - Preparing business updates and highlighting risks/issues for ongoing projects. - Defining and measuring metrics for success and tracking progress. - Contributing to business development and growth initiatives such as drafting business proposals and thought leadership documents.
