Workforce Planning Specialist

As a Workforce Planning Specialist (Operations Effectiveness Specialist 2) with over 4 years of experience, you will be based in Bangalore with a hybrid work mode and general work timing. Your role involves planning, scheduling, directing, controlling, monitoring, organizing, securing, and managing processes and tool resources to ensure successful project completion within a specific industry or specialty. Your focus will be on optimizing productivity and efficiency of operating processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of Lean initiatives, participating in value stream mapping, analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies, developing standardized processes and best practices, monitoring and measuring process performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking and reporting on improvement initiatives, collecting and analyzing data for insights, recommending process improvements, maintaining accurate records of process changes, managing improvement projects, developing project plans and timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders, supporting change management efforts, providing training and support to employees during process changes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You are expected to have familiarity with ERP systems and process automation tools to support the operational effectiveness team in driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence.,
