Workday Technical Consultant

AssistNow is an AI- and SaaS-based Workday Partner, dedicated to assisting clients across industries in deploying, enhancing, and supporting Workday through customized projects. The Deployment Bench, a carefully selected network of consultants, is readily available to contribute to project-based assignments. We are currently looking for experienced Workday Technical Consultants to engage in freelance or contract-based assignments in India, the US, and APAC. The ideal candidate should have a specialization in technical development and integration using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and Workday Extend. In this role, you will collaborate closely with functional teams to create, improve, and maintain Workday integrations and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and provide support for integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services. - Customize and adjust reports using BIRT and Workday Report Writer. - Conduct technical analysis and resolve intricate integration issues. - Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements. - Ensure data accuracy and adherence to security protocols. Requirements: - Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday technical functions. - Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs. - Previous exposure to Workday Extend or similar platforms is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities. - Familiarity with Workday security and data model.,
