Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration design and implementation for

  Workday

  and external systems (ERP, payroll, 3rd-party apps) using

  Workday Studio

  , and Document Transformation.
• Build reusable frameworks and best practices for

  Workday Studio

  integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define integration requirements and data transformation logic.
• Create technical design documents (HLD, LLD, Interface Specs, etc.).
• Review design/code, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Lead development, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Support

  SIT

  ,

  UAT

  , resolve defects, and oversee post-production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Drive adoption of new Workday features like

  Workday Extend

  and

  Orchestrate

  .
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and client discussions.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience with

  Workday Studio

  integrations and

  HCM/Finance

  modules.
• Strong expertise in integrating external systems using

  Workday Studio

  ,

  APIs

  ,

  EIB

  , and Core Connectors.
• Familiarity with

  Workday Extend

  and

  Orchestrate

  is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
