Workday Sr Lead Engineer, Security and Cross Applications

As a People Technology Development and Testing Lead at LSEG, your role will involve working closely with functional and technical teams to define and implement test plans for Workday and related applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading testing activities for system enhancements, projects, and ongoing improvements. - Supporting privacy, security (including proxy access), and user experience testing. - Spotting trends, analyzing Level 3 support issues, and recommending improvements. - Troubleshooting and resolving BAU issues in partnership with technical teams. - Keeping documentation and testing practices aligned to global standards. - Communicating findings clearly-both written and verbal-with a range of partners. To excel in this role, you should have experience with Workday or similar HCM systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle). Additionally, familiarity with configuration, security testing, and business process flows will be beneficial. Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with global teams and manage deadlines across time zones, are essential. A proactive mindset, a keen eye for detail, and confidence in raising issues or insights will also be valuable. Nice to have qualifications include experience supporting HRIS/People Technology teams and exposure to security architecture or integrations.
