Lead and manage a global team of Workday analysts and administrators across time zones.
Own the Workday roadmap in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Provide hands-on configuration and solution design in Workday HCM (e.g., Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting) and/or Workday Financials (e.g., Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement).
Serve as the primary escalation point for Workday-related issues and enhancement requests.
Drive global Workday implementations, rollouts, and ongoing optimization projects.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance across regions.
Establish and maintain governance and change management processes.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track system usage and performance.
Manage vendor relationships and Workday support partners.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA or Masters a plus.
8+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Financials, or both.
Demonstrated experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful Workday deployments and enhancements.
Ability to lead both strategic planning and tactical execution.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, or both) preferred.
Experience with Workday Reporting, BIRT, EIBs, or Studio integrations.
Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
Experience in multinational organizations or complex enterprise environments
