Description
You will play a central role in delivering quality enhancements and supporting day-to-day system improvements as a People Technology Testing Lead at LSEG. Working in partnership with Enablement, Level 2, and Level 3 support teams, you will be responsible for testing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all releases meet the expected standards. Your approach to testing will go beyond just checking boxes; it will involve understanding people, anticipating needs, and contributing to the creation of systems that function seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing test plans for Workday and related applications in collaboration with functional and technical teams. Leading testing activities for system enhancements, projects, and ongoing improvements will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will support privacy, security, and user experience testing while analyzing Level 3 support issues, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements. Troubleshooting and resolving BAU (Business As Usual) issues will also be part of your daily tasks, requiring close collaboration with technical teams. Ensuring that documentation and testing practices align with global standards, communicating findings clearly to various stakeholders, and taking ownership of your work with curiosity and accountability are essential aspects of this position. Your experience with Workday or similar HCM systems, familiarity with configuration and security testing, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to collaborate with global teams while managing deadlines across time zones will be valuable assets in this role. While prior experience supporting HRIS/People Technology teams and exposure to security architecture or integrations are considered advantageous, a proactive mindset, willingness to learn and enhance processes, and the ability to work within a supportive team culture where diversity is valued are highly appreciated.
