Workday Senior Analyst

As a Workday Technical Analyst at Owens & Minor, your role will involve configuring and developing technical integrations using various tools such as Workday Studio, RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath. You will be responsible for building custom reports, managing integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors, create solutions for integration monitoring, and provide support for incident management. Routine break/fix support, regression testing, and documentation of technical designs and troubleshooting steps will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial for you to stay updated with Workday updates, new features, and API changes to ensure the latest enhancements are incorporated into integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS Integrations, EIB, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath - Build basic custom reports and data transformations with standard Workday reporting functionality - Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production - Monitor and maintain interfaces with internal/external vendors - Create solutions for integration monitoring and provide incident management support - Perform routine break/fix support, regression testing, and support inbound/outbound interfaces to/from Workday - Document technical designs, integration processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge transfer and system documentation - Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and API changes for integration solutions Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience implementing Workday with at least 2 Implementation lifecycles in HCM Domain - Experience in Workday Studio Development, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services - Strong understanding of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT - Knowledge of integration design and testing concepts - Proficiency in system development lifecycle and production support - Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and troubleshooting skills - Detail-oriented with strong Workday technical background and communication skills - Ability to propose technical alternatives at the architecture level - Experience leading cross-team initiatives and collaborating with diverse business and engineering leads If you believe that this opportunity aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to apply for the position at Owens & Minor.
