Core "• Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration,Testing,Deployment etc. • Recruiting Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements. • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients' business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues • Stakeholder Management :Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal ,External Stakeholder,3rd Party Vendors,Legacy Systems. • Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to integrate third-party applications with Workday. • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing enhancement opportunities for existing and new engagements. • Peer Review & Training: Conduct peer reviews, manage, train, and groom junior consultants to build a high-performing team. • Should have experience in working on WD Release features.Should be able to drive Business Decisions and own the Process from Design to Hypercare.
