Workday Recruiter

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Utilize Workday Recruiting interface effectively - Act as an end-user of the Workday Recruiting module to handle hiring procedures - Manage and configure the Workday Recruiting module - Provide support for Human Capital Management (HCM) using Workday - Post job requisitions and oversee candidate pipelines in Workday - Demonstrate knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes - Monitor recruiting metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Workday - Troubleshoot system problems and work closely with functional teams Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience with Workday Recruiting interface - Proficiency in managing or configuring the Workday Recruiting module - Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) practices - Ability to provide technical support for Workday - Familiarity with posting job requisitions and managing candidate pipelines in Workday - Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes - Capability to monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs in Workday - Strong troubleshooting skills and collaboration with functional teams,
