Role Overview:
We are seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise and a problem-solving mindset. Key Skills & Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Workday techno-functional experience
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, and BIRT
  • Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
  • Workday Certification is mandatory
  • Workday Extend experience is a strong plus (not mandatory)
  • Proven team management/leadership capabilities
  • Global delivery experience
  • Exposure to multiple industries preferred
  • Solution-oriented, critical thinker with an enthusiastic mindset
