Role Overview: We are seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise and a problem-solving mindset. Key Skills & Requirements: 7+ years of Workday techno-functional experience Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, and BIRT Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations Workday Certification is mandatory Workday Extend experience is a strong plus (not mandatory) Proven team management/leadership capabilities Global delivery experience Exposure to multiple industries preferred Solution-oriented, critical thinker with an enthusiastic mindset
Develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications and integrations (EIB, Studio, Web Services). Build reusable components following Workday best practices. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into solutions. Ensure security, compliance, and high-quality deliverables. Participate in full development lifecycle including requirements, design, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: 2+ years Workday development experience, including Extend, Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Model Objects, Orchestrations, and security domains. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and agile methodologies Certified In Workday Extend.
