Job Description

As a Workday Integration Specialist at Grant Thornton INDUS, your role will involve supporting the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. You will need to have a strong understanding of Workday's integration & reporting tools and collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools like EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Create and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting. - Manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards. - Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues for timely resolution and minimal disruption. - Test and validate integrations during Workday updates and releases. - Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - 5-9 years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting. - Proficiency in Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services. - Strong understanding of BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting. - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from HR, IT, and business teams. - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues. - Knowledge of data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
