Workday Integration Specialist

As a Workday Integration Specialist at Grant Thornton INDUS, your role will involve supporting the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools like EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Create and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting. - Manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards. - Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues for timely resolution and minimal disruption. - Test and validate integrations during Workday updates and releases. - Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
