Workday HCM Test Manager

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the advisory, planning, and implementation of additional (Workday) HCM modules. Your responsibilities will include documenting requirements, mapping processes, and configuring best practices to ensure successful outcomes. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and addressing various client support requests such as operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations, enhancement projects, release planning, and strategic road mapping services. Additionally, you will lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements. Your role will also involve prioritizing and delegating requests and tasks based on factors such as urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability. Furthermore, you will provide guidance to team members to research and resolve complex client requests, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to (Workday) best practices. Effective communication with clients is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for conveying project updates, configuration recommendations, and best practices related to (Workday). You will prioritize clients" interests and actively listen to exceed their expectations. As part of our team, you will foster internal relationships, share knowledge, mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to the growth of our practice. Taking initiative to perform or delegate related duties as needed, including internal projects, is also expected in this role.,
