Key Skills: Workday, HCM, Other Leadership Function Roles & Responsibilities: Leverage expert level knowledge to lead efforts (hands on) to deliver initiatives/ projects/ module enhancements identified in the HCM optimization roadmap. Manage half yearly Workday release enhancements (R1 and R2) Resolve Service NAB tickets for all HCM-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives ensuring all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. Serve as a SME for Workday HCM and provide training to P&C, managers, and other stakeholders on how to use the HCM module in Workday effectively. Be responsible for employee/ config data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing, then performing and monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support. Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing. Stay up to date with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities. Mentor and guide junior colleagues for their role in configuration and testing. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 7-9 years' Workday experience with expertise in core HCM and any other areas such as compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting, recruitment, and absence. Must be Workday Core HCM Pro certified. Certification in other module will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication, with escalation and conflict resolution skills. Works under general direction, must be able to work independently.
