Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Noida/Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode) Skills: Workday Finance (All Modules), Workday HCM (All Modules), Workday Integration, Workday Adaptive Experience: 3 to 10 Years Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MBA/ MCA/ CA from an accredited college/university Workday Certification is mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting, or Workday Adaptive - Utilize consulting skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to seamlessly integrate Workday into clients" business environments, ensuring the achievement of expected business outcomes - Design and deliver innovative Workday solutions to optimize HR and Finance functions, enhancing employee experiences within organizations - Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, overseeing process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews - Provide Workday product expertise, subject-matter knowledge, and implementation support, collaborating with Partners to configure and test solutions tailored to their business requirements Required Skills/Experience: - Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across different geographies - Expertise in managing End to End Workday Implementations - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling planned and unplanned responsibilities - Excellent Stakeholder and Team management skills,
