Role Overview

Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Workday Recruiting and HCM

  • Level 3 AMS support

  • Lead requirement workshops, analyze business processes, and recommend system enhancements.

  • Execute configuration changes, functional testing, and support UAT cycles.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules.

  • Stay updated with Workday releases and propose improvements aligned with new features.

  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, design specifications, and training materials.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 47 years of Workday functional experience.

  • Workday Recruiting and HCM

  • end-to-end Workday implementation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

  • Workday certification(s) in Recruiting/HCM is preferred.
