Execute configuration changes, functional testing, and support UAT cycles.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules.
Stay updated with Workday releases and propose improvements aligned with new features.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, design specifications, and training materials.
47 years of Workday functional experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Workday certification(s) in Recruiting/HCM is preferred.
