Workday Adaptive Techno Functional Consultant

As a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, your role will involve bridging the gap between finance and technology. You will be responsible for integrating ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite for financial data consolidation, planning, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for financial planning and budgeting processes. - Integrate Workday Adaptive with ERP systems such as NetSuite to facilitate automated data flows for actuals, forecasts, and key financial metrics. - Develop and maintain data models, structures, and assumptions within Adaptive Planning. - Design and implement dashboards, reports, and financial models to meet business requirements. - Serve as a liaison between finance and IT teams, gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, and delivering scalable solutions. - Manage data imports/exports, scheduling, error resolution, and reconciliation processes. - Provide support for user training, documentation, and change management activities. Required Skills: - 5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights). - Experience in integrating Adaptive Planning with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite. - Proficiency in financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Hands-on experience with data integration tools, scripting, or APIs for automation and data connectivity. - Strong understanding of GL structures, financial statements, and cost center hierarchies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
