Job Description

As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Lead / Architect at our esteemed organization, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in Absence and Time Tracking modules. With over 8 years of experience in the field, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Absence and Time Tracking modules, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Your role will require you to effectively collaborate with and manage offshore Workday teams, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality deliverables. Managing multiple projects concurrently without compromising on quality will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills will enable you to effectively manage client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Operating in a diverse and fast-paced environment, you will be expected to collaborate efficiently across teams, leveraging your skills to build and consolidate internal training materials. Your ability to create packs for new functionality deployment will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes. While not mandatory, possessing a Workday certification in one or more HCM modules would be advantageous. Additionally, experience working with both Absence and Time Tracking modules will be considered a plus.
