You are a highly skilled WordPress Developer who will be joining our product development team. Your role will involve developing and enhancing WordPress products to meet customer needs and provide exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with product management and design teams to create feature-rich and user-friendly solutions. It is essential to ensure product scalability, security, and performance while adhering to WordPress development best practices. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving product-related issues, bugs, and enhancements, as well as staying updated with WordPress core updates and plugins. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress-based products, conducting code reviews, performing testing and quality control, documenting code and processes, monitoring website and product analytics, and exploring opportunities to enhance product functionality by integrating third-party services and APIs. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and React, experience in custom theme and plugin development, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment. A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality work, strong knowledge of Git and version control, familiarity with e-commerce solutions like WooCommerce, and experience with SaaS product development and subscription models are desirable qualifications.
