Wordpress Developer - Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with the team, delivering client expectations within timelines, and ensuring quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing requirements, preparing queries & time estimation - Collaborating with the team for new requirements and aligning project timelines - Delivering client expectations within the timeline while maintaining quality - Checking the output against requirements before delivery - Implementing new features, bug fixes, and improvements in the codebase - Task planning, assignment, and providing daily updates - Training new team members - Communicating with clients, providing updates, and offering training support Required Skills: - Extensive experience in WordPress plugin and theme building & customization - Proficiency in WordPress theme (Classic theme as well as Block theme) and plugin development - Familiarity with the Gutenberg ecosystem & block theme - Strong knowledge of HTML, SCSS, PHP, and JavaScript - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) - Detail-oriented for requirements - Working closely with clients - Familiarity with popular plugins: ACF, Yoast, RankMath, Wordfence, All in One Security, All in One Migration, WP Rocket, WP Fastest Cache, WP Total Cache, Query Monitor - Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub, BitBucket, and GitLab - WordPress site speed optimization & security measures Nice-to-have: - Experience in ReactJS - Working experience with Shopify - Handling large-scale projects with huge traffic or user base - Experience working with cloud hosting - WordPress site profiling for performance optimization - Code-Sniffer testing and validation - Contributing to WordPress development Required experiences: - Minimum 4-5 years of working experience as a WordPress developer - Working experience with WooCommerce on at least 2-3 sites - Minimum one year of experience in the Project Manager position,
