Key Responsibilities:

• Design attractive, modern, and responsive website layouts and interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Customize and maintain existing WordPress websites to improve functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to implement website changes and new features.
• Optimize website performance, including load speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues promptly.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and WordPress updates.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adhere to web accessibility standards.
• Manage website backups, updates, and security protocols.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in web programming in WordPress/ Duda/ PHP.
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern WordPress/ HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails a plus.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
