Job Description

WordPress Developer

Working Hours EST time Zone (Night Shift IST )

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites.
Customize existing themes and plugins as per project requirements.
Develop custom plugins and themes when required.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development (themes and plugins).
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
Understanding of WordPress architecture, security, and best practices.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Basic knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and performance tools.
Good communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with REST APIs.
Knowledge of hosting environments and cPanel.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
