Position: Full Stack Developer (WordPress + Laravel) Department: Data Management and Analytics Reporting to: Head of Technology / Project Manager / Lead Full Stack Developer (WordPress + Laravel) Position Type: Contract (1 Year) and Opportunity to convert into Full-Time based on business requirements and individual performance. Role: Full Stack Developer & Individual Contributor. Location: Mumbai -Andheri Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and capable Full Stack Developer (WordPress + Laravel) to support the development and optimization of our digital platforms. This hands-on role focuses on implementing UI designs from Figma, developing responsive WordPress pages, customizing themes/plugins, and working on backend integrations including REST APIs and GraphQL. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development, Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms customization, and frontend technologies like HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript. Exposure to Laravel and backend scripting is also expected. Given the fast-paced delivery cycles, the role demands a strong sense of urgency, time discipline, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. While the role is structured for standard working hours, candidates should be prepared to support critical deployments or xes during weekends or holidays on an exceptional, need-based basis. Responsibilities and Duties Convert Figma or static mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Elementor Pro Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP and Elementor Pro Customize and develop advanced forms using Gravity Forms and custom-built form logic. Integrate REST APIs and support GraphQL endpoints as per implementation needs Contribute to backend development tasks using PHP and Laravel (under lead guidance) Full Stack Developer JD .Optimize web applications for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-platform/browser compatibility. . Debug and resolve functional and UI-related issues within dened project timelines. .Manage or enhance automation workows including Zapier and webhooks. .Ensure development aligns with security practices including VAPT compliance and internal guidelines. .Follow Git versioning standards and maintain clean, review-ready code commits. .Deliver development work aligned to sprint timelines with minimal rework. Required Skills .Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (frontend + backend) .Proficiency in Elementor Pro and Gravity Forms customization .HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap .Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and basic Laravel exposure .Familiarity with REST APIs and understanding of GraphQL .Experience converting Figma or static mockup screens into responsive, production-ready UI .Understanding of responsive design, SEO basics, and cross-browser compatibility .Git version control and collaborative development workows Qualifications .Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field .3 to 5 years of relevant experience in WordPress and backend development .Portfolio showcasing custom themes, plugins, and/or UI conversions from .Figma/mock-ups. .Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver with minimal rework. .Strong problem-solving, debugging, and self-review capability. .Strong verbal and written communication skills.
