About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with at least 8 Months to 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, along with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain WordPress websites. Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements. Convert Figma/PSD/HTML designs into fully functional WordPress websites. Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized web pages. Implement best practices for speed optimization and security. Debug and troubleshoot issues on existing websites. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality projects. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins. Experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar page builders. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP basics. Knowledge of MySQL database management. Familiarity with cPanel, hosting, and domain management. Ability to work with version control tools like Git (optional but preferred). Basic knowledge of SEO practices and website optimization. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of hands-on WordPress development experience.
