WordPress Developer (1+ Year Experience)

We’re looking for a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll work on both front-end and back-end development, focusing on building custom themes and plugins. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress, modern web practices, and a passion for creating fast, secure, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features and enhancements for WordPress sites.
• Build, customize, and maintain themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and security.
• Collaborate on site architecture to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Convert Figma designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts.
• Integrate and work with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven experience with custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools or Firebug.
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional websites.
• Hands-on experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, or Mercurial).
• Good understanding of WordPress core, database structures, and API integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
