Job Description

Job Title: Wooden Operator Location: Sector-8, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana. Department: Woodworking / Production Reporting To: Production Supervisor Job Purpose: To assist woodworking professionals in daily tasks such as cutting, assembling, sanding, and finishing wood products. The Wooden Helper ensures the workspace is clean, tools are organized, and supports the production of quality wooden items. Key Responsibilities: Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood materials as per instructions. Carry and arrange raw materials and finished products. Sanding, polishing, and applying basic finishes to wood surfaces. Help load/unload wood sheets, planks, and furniture components. Clean work areas and tools after use. Maintain basic inventory of supplies and report shortages. Follow safety procedures to avoid accidents and damage. Support the team in any general labor duties related to woodwork or production. Requirements: Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and materials (preferred). Physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Punctual, hardworking, and reliable. Work Conditions: Work is typically performed in Plant or at construction sites. Exposure to dust, noise, and handling sharp tools. Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
