Job Description

WooCommerce Backend Developer

Shift Timings:

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites with a focus on backend functionality.
Build and optimize custom themes, plugins, and advanced WooCommerce features.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues.
Optimize databases, queries, and overall site performance.
Ensure security best practices, scalability, and SEO-friendly structures.

Requirements

Proven experience with WooCommerce (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience in custom theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with REST APIs, database optimization, and performance tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
