Store Operations Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards Maintain all equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed 2. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage a team of bakery staff, decorators, and front-of-house Create and manage work schedules Provide performance feedback and support staff development 3. Customer Service Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints or issues professionally Manage custom orders, special requests, and seasonal offerings Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere in-store 4.
