Job Opening: Female Warden for Working Women’s Hostel

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Female Warden to manage our Working Women’s Hostels located in various areas.

Job Details:

• Accommodation: Provided within the premises
• Salary: Competitive-Rs.12,000 to Rs.13,000
• Age Preference: 30 to 50 years
• Work Requirement: Full-time, must stay within the hostel premises

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel
• Maintain records of all residents and manage the registration process
• Handle enquiries and manage bookings of vacant beds
• Collect hostel fees and report to the management regularly
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and order
• Submit daily/weekly reports via WhatsApp
• Ensure the safety and discipline within the premises

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and write in Tamil and English
• Should be comfortable using an Android phone for communication and reporting
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
