As a Sales Executive at Tibarumal Gems & Jewels, your role will involve working directly with high-end clients to help them find the perfect jewelry pieces that meet their needs. You will be responsible for showcasing and explaining the unique features of our collections, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded. To excel in this position, you will need to meet or exceed your sales targets by understanding customer preferences and providing exceptional service. Staying updated on new trends in luxury jewelry will also be essential to better serve our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with high-end clients to assist them in selecting jewelry pieces that match their requirements. - Showcase and explain the distinctive features of our jewelry collections. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Achieve or surpass sales targets by identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding service. - Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury jewelry to enhance customer experience.
