Women Livelihood SHG Specialist

114 SHGs are formed. They need to enter formal production and marketing arrangements. Garment making and Bag making are two identified areas. The person will be expected to the Training, mentorship, and enabling access to resources that improve the financial  and social well-being of SHG members. The ideal candidate will have prior  experience working in community development and a deep understanding of SHG models and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate the formation and strengthening of SHGs in target communities • Conduct regular training sessions  - Livelihood enhancement and entrepreneurship opportunities • Support SHGs in:  - Accessing government schemes  - Establishing credit linkages  - Exploring market opportunities • Monitor SHG performance through field visits, reporting mechanisms, and community  feedback • Provide ongoing mentorship and handholding support to SHG members and leaders • Document success stories, challenges, and learnings to inform program improvement  and stakeholder reporting Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Education, or a related
