WMS Functional Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the Functional BYWMS roles with expertise in both RP2009 and newer versions. Your main focus will be on diagnosing and resolving WMS transaction failures, data inconsistencies, and system anomalies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution and gathering business requirements for system enhancements will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will lead and support BYWMS implementation and migration projects, create and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA, and utilize MOCA commands for in-depth analysis and troubleshooting within BYWMS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for effective engagement with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 8+ years of experience in BYWMS to demonstrate expertise in RP2009 and newer versions - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Kitting processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and configuration updates - Work closely with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, reporting, and label design - Lead and support BYWMS implementation and migration projects - Create and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA for agile project tracking - Utilize MOCA commands for in-depth analysis and troubleshooting within BYWMS - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in BYWMS - Expertise in both RP2009 and newer versions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements - Proficiency in using JIRA for agile project tracking - Knowledge of MOCA commands for analysis and troubleshooting within BYWMS,
