Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled WLAN Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and validation of cutting-edge wireless networking solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive test suites, analyzing test results, and identifying and reporting issues. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for WLAN products (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, access points, client devices).- Perform functional, performance, interoperability, and stress testing of WLAN devices.- Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and track them to resolution.- Automate test procedures using Python scripting and other relevant tools.- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.- Maintain and update test documentation and reports.- Stay abreast of the latest WLAN technologies and industry standards (e.g., Wi-Fi 6/6E, 802.11 standards). Required Skills : Mandatory : - Very strong Python scripting skills with WLAN test experience.-Strong understanding of WLAN protocols (e.g., 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).- Experience with WLAN testing tools (e.g., iPerf, Wireshark, Chariot).- Experience with Linux/Windows operating systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and documentation skills. Desired Skills (Optional) : - Experience with RF testing and measurement equipment.- Knowledge of network security protocols (e.g., WPA2, WPA3, Wi-Fi Protected Access).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
